Hi, I’m Gayathri Siva Kumar Jujaray — a California-commissioned Notary Public based in Scripps Ranch, San Diego. For the past 2.5 years I’ve completed hundreds of notarizations for individuals, families, and businesses across North San Diego, and I’m a member of the National Notary Association.
My goal is simple: make getting something notarized easy, comfortable, and done right the first time — whether that’s at your kitchen table, your office, or a hospital room.

My Notary Journey
About 2.5 years ago I trained as a California Notary Public, and after a year of steady work I founded Scripps Notary — a mobile service based right here in San Diego. From my very first appointment I learned what this work is really about: I was nervous that day, but reviewing the paperwork I caught a small error that could have caused real trouble — the client smiled and said I’d saved him a lot of hassle.
Since then I’ve completed hundreds of notarizations: loan signings, estate documents, powers of attorney, affidavits, and more — at homes, offices, hospitals, and nursing homes, including emergency appointments when life doesn’t follow business hours. Every signing gets the same care: verified IDs, a properly kept journal, and full compliance with California notary law — done right the first time.

Acknowledgments
The signer confirms they signed the document willingly. Common for real estate documents, powers of attorney, trusts, and deeds.
Jurats
The signer swears or affirms the document’s contents are true and signs in front of the notary. Used for affidavits, depositions, and sworn statements.
Oaths and Affirmations
A formal spoken promise — an oath or a secular affirmation — administered when a document must be sworn to, such as testimony or written statements under penalty of perjury.
Certified Copies of Powers of Attorney
California notaries may certify copies of powers of attorney (the one copy certification allowed by state law), often needed by banks, courts, and healthcare providers.
Indian OCI, Passport & Visa Paperwork
Notarized multiple documents related to Indian paperwork — OCI applications, passport renewals, parental consent letters, and visa/OCI forms.
Loan & Real Estate Signings
Mobile appointments for deeds, mortgages, refinancing packages, and other property documents, at your home or office.

About California Notaries
A California Notary Public is an impartial witness to the signing of important documents — a safeguard against fraud. My duties include:
- Verifying each signer’s identity with valid, government-issued photo ID.
- Administering oaths and affirmations when a document requires one.
- Recording every notarial act in a bound journal.
- Affixing my official seal to completed notarizations.
- Making sure every act complies with California law.
